Supervision & Consultation
As a trained clinical supervisor, I provide supervision and consultation for clinicians, educators, and therapeutic programs seeking deeper clarity, integrity, and alignment in their work. I am licensed to offer supervision toward clinical licensure in both Georgia and Utah, and I support clinicians both in person and remotely via secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.
Clinical Supervision
My approach to supervision is built around a three-part framework I call the Triad Model:
Process – Content – Relationality
This model provides a holistic structure for clinical reflection. Together, we explore:
Content: Case conceptualization, treatment goals, interventions, and outcomes
Process: The unfolding dynamics within therapy—what’s happening beneath the surface
Relationality: The living relationship between therapist and client, including transference, countertransference, and projection
This triadic lens encourages clinicians to deepen their self-awareness, clarify their clinical thinking, and build confidence in their role. I view supervision as both practical and sacred—supporting your development not just as a clinician, but as a fully attuned human being.
I offer individual supervision and group supervision for clinicians, practices, and programs in Georgia and Utah.
“Good supervision doesn’t just sharpen clinical skills—it cultivates presence, discernment, and trust in your inner compass.”

Program Consultation
With extensive experience in developing and managing clinical programming, I offer consultation for professionals and organizations working in:
Therapeutic boarding schools
Charter schools
Young adult transition programs
Wilderness and adventure-based programs
Outpatient and integrative clinics
Whether you’re building something new or reimagining what already exists, I provide strategic, values-aligned guidance rooted in years of on-the-ground experience. My consulting supports both the structural and human dimensions of program growth—from clinical systems and culture to staff training and client care.
If you’re looking for collaborative support in shaping a program that is both effective and ethically sound, let’s talk.
